HOW DO I USE MY LOYALTY POINTS?

They can be applied during the checkout process, on the “Order Summary” page, before making payment. Add whatever amount you want to take off your order and check it’s gone through before continuing. Please bear in mind that if loyalty points drops your order value below the free-post threshold, it will trigger the postage cost again. Loyalty points never expire - so there are no worries about losing them.



 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes of course. We have special offers and promotions all the time. Follow us on social media and sign up to our News of the Brews newsletter to make sure that you stay up to date with all the latest happenings.



 

WHERE DO I ADD MY TEAMAIL DISCOUNT CODE?

This is applied in the basket, before you checkout. There’s a small link under the order totals where you can add it. Check the totals update and you’re good to go on with your order.



 

NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

Thanks for shopping at The Tea Enthusiasts and welcome to the community. We expect our teas to deliver excitement, joy or comfort. We want you to be completely happy with the products and services offered. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.   If you have received a product that did not meet your expectations for whatever reason, or that is faulty or defective in some way, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible. You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with the original packaging. We will immediately get in touch with you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If something has gone wrong for whatever reason we want to know why, this helps us to make sure it never happens again. Sometimes you the customer are the only person who can tell us how we can do it better. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days.   Shipping: Depending on the circumstances and items returned you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning goods.  If you have any questions on how to return your item, Contact Us

We are a purely web-based ecommerce company, so no. However if there is enough interest in any geographical area, we can host a pop-up event. So it never hurts to get a bunch of your friends together and ask.

We will never rent or sell your information to any third parties, we only use the information we collect from you to convey your order information, or to send you digital catalogues and emails at your request.
