We begin with high-quality green tea - tea that has been produced between the middle of March and the middle of May. Then add fine jasmine blossoms - flowers that bloom between the 1st of May and the end of May (these have the most intense aroma). Absolutely captivating.
Serving Suggestion: We would urge you to try this tea naked. The flavours are delicate and nuanced. For iced drinks either cold brew overnight or brew as for hot but use more tea leaves to make a more intense flavour.
