Ingredients:Black tea (50 %), lemongrass, brittle pieces (sugar, hazelnuts, invert sugar), liquorice root, flavouring, freeze-dried whole blackberries, freeze-dried strawberry pieces

Preparation: 1 heaped teaspoon of tea. 100°C for 4-7 minutes

Serving Suggestion: Liza loves this tea served cold. Adrian likes it hot and garnished with a slice of liquorice root. For iced drinks either cold brew overnight or brew as for hot but use more tea leaves to make a more intense flavour.
