Inspired by the flora of the rolling hills, sleepy valleys and coastal paths of ancient Northumberland. Land of folklore, myth and legend encapsulated in a herbal tea blend bursting with whole flowers, herbs, fruits and leaves.
We are so very proud of our North-Eastern roots and have already developed blends to commemorate County Durham and Newcastle upon Tyne, and now we bring a new blend, to pay our respects to the largest and least populated county, our neighbour Northumberland. More castles and pubs per head of population than anywhere else in England. Proudly flying their own flag and even the proud owners of their own tartan, these border reivers are a rare and wonderful people.
If you live, work or just dream of visiting Northumberland, this herbal infusion will give you a taste of the county. Whether you love blustery coastal scenery, walks through the national park or exploring historical sites you will find a warm welcome in Northumberland.
Serving Suggestion: Liza drinks this tea just as it comes during her mindfulness sessions, Adam likes to add honey. For iced drinks brew as for hot but use more tea leaves to make a more intense flavour. Or pop it in your flask and take it into nature on a hike.
