Oolong is a half-fermented tea which uses a sophisticated method to only ferment at the edges of the fresh tea leaves. With a long, slightly curly leaf, this tea is impressive with a soft, flowery aroma that brings ripe peaches to mind. Serving Suggestion: Everyone we know just drinks this tea black, it is perfect just the way it comes. For iced drinks either cold brew overnight or brew as for hot but use more tea leaves to make a more intense flavour.
