The Duchess Earl Grey - Loose Leaf Black Tea

Bergamot enhances the nuanced balance of flavours in this luxury black tea blend for a delicious traditional flavour. The citrusy taste in our Earl Grey is from the addition of natural organic bergamot oil. The bergamot orange is a type of aromatic citrus fruit that is usually grown in the Mediterranean. Bergamot oil is extracted from the skin of the bergamot fruit.

The twist to this Earl Grey is the ramping up of the citrus notes with the addition of orange lime and lemon flavours. Which is why this tea is part of our Alice in Wonderland collection. Named after The Dutchess, the sister of the Queen of Hearts.


Serving Suggestion: Liza loves this tea served hot and black. Adrien likes it with milk and a little sugar. For iced drinks either cold brew overnight or brew as for hot but use more tea leaves to make a more intense flavour.
