Preparation: 1 heaped teaspoon of tea. 100°C for 5-7 minutes

Chamomile is widely known for its calming and relaxing properties that can promote good sleep and reduce anxiety. Chamomile is also used to naturally aid: Bloat, digestion, menstrual cramps, IBS, gastritis and ulcerative colitis. Also known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. Almost a wonder plant in its own right but blended with ingredients like fennel, cinnamon and ginger and you have a potion that looks good, smells good, tastes good, feels good and does you good.
Serving Suggestion: Liza drinks this tea just as it comes during her mindfulness sessions, Adam likes to add honey. For iced drinks brew as for hot but use more tea leaves to make a more intense flavour.

Amazing quality tea Verified Purchase
This tea is awesome, I was using a different brand of calming tea that was discontinued and I really missed it. Searched the internet for a tea with pretty much the same ingredients and found this one with a few extra ingredients but the same sort of base tea and I am so so glad I did.
The tea is superb, not dusty at all and makes a fantastic cup of tea. Tranquiltea is now my new fav go to and will be purchasing this regularly. The quality of the ingredients included is amazing and unlike some other herbal teas that smell better than they taste this tastes fantastic and I feel so much better after a cup.
My tea was dispatched and received super quick and packaged up well. I also got a free sample of Deep Sleep tea which I tried last night and found it really relaxing and just what I needed before bed so will be purchasing this next too. Thank you for the samples and your fantastic teas

This I think is my favourite tea.
Lovely tea that I always make sure I have in my tea draw.
I do find it very relaxing and calming and is often the tea I take with me to meetings. It also smells lovely.
